I was browsing some design websites avoiding my BIA project when i came across this guy.

Brendan Monroe - Painter & Sculpture
His line work, colours and control is really breathtaking. What most people try to imitate in photoshop he does it with acryclic- even better :D I also love his wooden scupltures..their facial expressions are funny ^^

Brief 1

Er since this blog is suppose to be about me showing my work & not just about other cool talented artists, here's my first brief submission ^^ kinda late but o well~


TADA! Basically it's koi in a pond. I love the way they move. so graceful- however, if you see a million of them in a feeding frenzy they are quite gross :S...

yeh... this piece isn't exactly abstract, but fish concepts are far too awesome to leave out of a design brief ;) Originally got the idea from this picture and also my dad's purchase of 7 fish the other day hehe
